Where are IllariSkin products made?

All of our ingredients for our cosmetic products are made in the U.S.

Are Illariskin products safe to use for all skin types?

All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types. If you have specific concerns, please consult your doctor. You will find the full list of ingredients used in formulating Illari’s products on our website,

Do you test Illariskin products on animals?

We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any point in our production process. In addition, our ingredients are not tested on animals by our suppliers, nor do we have third parties test on animals on our behalf.

Do Illariskin products contain parabens?

We do not use parabens in our products. All of our products are paraben-free.

Are Illariskin products natural or organic?

Illari’s products are clean, formulated using both natural and organic ingredients.

What is the recommendation for storing Illariskin products?

We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, and American Express), as well as PayPal.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax requirements vary according to each state. If applicable your state’s required sales tax charge will be added to your order automatically at checkout once you have entered your delivery address.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Once you place your order our customer service representatives work immediately to expedite your order. If you need to make changes after placing an order please contact us at [email protected] and provide your order number with your request. At Illari, customer service is a top priority, always.

How many promo codes can I enter?

Only one promo code may be entered per order.

Where should I direct press inquiries?

What is your privacy policy and is my personal information safe?

At Illariskin we are committed to ensuring our customers a secure, private, and enjoyable online shopping experience. We do not share your information with any third party. We do not rent, sell or share customer information.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

Because we process your orders within 1-2 days we cannot guarantee that we can implement immediate changes to your order. Please, call as soon as you realize you need to make a change, toll free at 754-247-6005 .

If your order is still pending and has not left our facilities we may be able to meet your request. Once orders have been shipped no changes can be made to the order.

Shipping and Returns

Is Illariskin shipped to locations within the U.S. and internationally?

Illariskin ships to most locations within the U.S. We are unable to ship to U.S. Territories and P.O. Boxes. We look forward to expanding our shipping to provide our Illariskin products to international customers in the near future.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed  the following Monday. All orders with expedited shipping must be placed by 1 p.m. EST in order to be processed the same day. All orders placed after 1 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day. 

Orders placed during peak holidays may experience a delay in shipping.

What is the return policy and process?

We are committed to providing premium customer service to our customers. If you receive products from Illariskin that does not meet your expectations, you may request a return. 

Please send an email to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery of your order and include your original order number along with the reason for your return. We will provide a return mailing label. All refunds will incur a $9.99 return shipping fee. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed between 7-10 business days.

  • Items received more than 30 days after purchase date may not be returned.
  • Exchanges cannot be processed at this time.
  • Please note: For all bundle purchases, individual components may not be returned separately.
  • If the wrong product and/or defective product was received, send an email to [email protected]. Please include your order number and a photo of the product. An Illari customer service team member will contact you to resolve the issue.
